Wishlist for an eventual Virus Classic update.
 

Hey there,

I've just recently bought a Virus Classic Desktop and love it to bits, so don't take this the wrong way...

If it *can* be improved, what would you fellow Virus-users wish for?

Okay, i'll start:

Try to improve the anti aliasing, so a brighter sound is possible in the upper octaves. Loosing some voices and perhaps even the fourth osc. could well be worth it. I mean, noone HAVE to upgrade if they don't want to.

And another (kinda silly maybe) idea:

How about letting 3:rd party companies do different, paid for, softwareupdates for the Virus series. Analog emulations for example?

If people are still waiting for the TI, I'd say there is about as much chance of you getting an update for the classic as HC has of convincing access to drop the vocoder on the c series and to replace it with the new hypersaw and wavetable oscs :wink:

i dont see the clasic being updated,they sure didnt upgrade my rack clasic as they said they would and now its discontinued.
