Velocity Problem

I am having a slight problem with my Virus C (Indigo 2). Some of my programs doesn't seem to respond to Velocity settings on the notes in Cubase.

It seems that the only two settings possible are either 100 or 0.
Now, I know that on the sound you can set how much Volume should adjust according to Velocity, but is it really nessesary(sp?) to adjust this on all programs, or is there a global setting for this. I would like to apply this to all the "ROM" banks (C-H) and I have to many custom sounds on A & B, so I can't transfer the programs to these banks.

Any suggestions and ideas are welcome :)

AFAIAA, you have to go into the edit menu and set the volume of the patch to be modulated via velocity. I don't think it is a global thing, you have to do it for every patch.

Yeah, that's what I thought.

Thanks :)
