When you save a song with a TI

I hate how in hardware implementations you have to figure out clever ways to retain all your patches if they are used in various tracks, and which patches belong to which multitimbral parts.

I don't know how VST works in general, but i find it facinating that you can work on the same preset in two different songs, and when you load them they retain thier own adjustments.

Any clue if the TI will work like this as well?

Apparently it will work just like a normal vsti as in total recall for all settings and patches (just like the virus powercore does now.)

powercore virus

Guys I bought the powercore and the virus SIMPLY ROCKS! The new update is totally bug-free and the way to import new sounds in *.mid format is the easiest i've ever seen! you just copy the *mid files into a specific folder, and when you open the virus vsti, taraaaaa! the new sounds are there! If the TI is that easy to handle, it will be a dream!

The patch handling will be very similar to the Powercore implementation, and eventually even more sophisticated, I expect.

nooooooo

"I expect"

Does that mean... does that means we have longer to wait than any of us want to accept?

Why not:

The patch handling is very similar to the Powercore implementation, and even more sophisticated, because I have used it, and it works really well on Mac and PC, and it's all finished, and and and... and so there's no reason to pop your bubbles, go back to sleep.

I just meant that once it has been released, there are bound to be refinements and additional features via future updates. The patch browsing is already working.
