Difference between the virus Classic and the VirusC?
 

OK i orddered a C desktop and just got a classic by accident. Is there a major diff between the 2? SHould I keep the classic?

The virus clasic has the virus B engine with slight adjusment.
Also,I belive the virus C's value is higer then the Virus Clasic.

Return the Classic and ask them to send you the C. The Classic is a Virus B with a new paintjob and presets. So, the C is more powerful, more poly, more modulation sources and destinations, new filter, eq's etc...

I thought the Virus C line was discontinued. Can he even order one anymore?

If you paid for a C and got a classic you should be pissed!

I got it from sweetwater..It was a mistake. they dont have any C's left. Im returning it.

Yeah, this is the unfortunate side effect of them announcing the TI way too early . . . they discontinued their main product prematurely.

return the classic and get your money back. then get a second hand C :)

not that theres anything wrong with the classic\B but the C is worth more and slightly better
