Virus KC update to Ti
 

I'm sure many here are thinking about the new TI series.
I 'm a owner of the KC and was thinking about getting the 5 Octave TI. But the Polar looks soooooo damn cool. I know it has the same features but just less octaves...but who cares. I may just keep my old one and get this....Heehee

Are people going to selling their old viruses and getting the new ones?

Since the VIrus TI is such a step up in terms of flexibility, polyphony etc....I think most who buy their TI will either be new customers or those who've already let their existing virus go.

I sold my KC back in September '04. Ive just bought a DX7 MKII FD....so I might have to wait till next summer. Alas....

Well a few weeks ago you could have got a reasonable amount as people couldn't buy them new and no one knew when/if the TI was coming out the second hand prices where pretty high.

Now you can expect to get quite a bit less :(

Also, there would be no good reason to keep your C once you have a Polar.

We'll see. The Ti is still $1000 more so I guess $1600 is a good price
