Virus Ti Reverb
Were new on this page and haven't as yet(Next week) bought the Ti,so i don't know if this is a stupid question :?
Can i also use the Ti as a Reverb unit.Use it as a VST effect . lets say i have superwave or Minimonsta running and send that VSTi to the Ti and back purely useing the Ti for Reverb useage.. http://www.thegirlnextdoor.de ![]() |
Dya think you could maybe increase the size of your sig a bit? I'm having trouble reading it. :)

The girl next door: To do that I think you would have to route the vst to a physical analog out that would go in the ext input of the TI.
So I guess it could work but as far as I know, you can't really use it as a vst. |

I think you are going to need a decent mutli-channel audio IO card for this - I do this kind of thing with my setup, but not strictly as a VST, just as an audio bus in Cubase SX, so route through my V-Synth - at some time Ill get around to doing the same with the TI.
The new "External Instument" and "External Effect" feature of Cubase SX 3.1 seem to be a complete waste of time, but the bus routing is very useful if you have some spare phsyical audio channels. |
We got the MOTU 828..Thats abit multi channel
|
If you get a TI you won't ever use superwave or minimonsta ever again.
|
If you have hardware synths, you don't use softare synths much.

Yeah..You right there we got the Virus C..But its a pain in the hoop having to record it as an Audio track..Thats what i'm looking forward to with the Software/USB capability of the Virus Ti..I ordered 1 yesterday,so with any luck i'll have it tomorrow..Still no answer with my first question though(Reverb)
