Ti vs Spectrasonics BIG PROBLEMS

Our Ti was F***ing up big style with logic 5.5.1 but it wasn't the Ti we had Spectrasonics RMX running at the same time with ONLY 1 hihat. We switched off the RMX (took it totally out,not just By passed it) after recording it to Audio. And the Ti is working again...We find that the Spectrasonics RMX/TRILOGY and the ATMOS seem to bugger up alot of things and generally take up to 250 MB Ram with each part/track But to find out it was TOTALLY messing up the Ti,Well ?????????.....Anyone else had these problems ????

I have the Spectrasonics threesome, but no TI.

I have never had any problems with them, what kind of issues do you find apart from it causing problems for the TI?

stylus RMX used to be quite buggy until version 1.5. But I'll agree, its a ram hog and sometimes makes my project useless until i reload all the patches from scratch...

stylus doesnt seem to start eating up cpu until you have a few other things running around it.

if I have a track with just stylus open, I get about a 7-8% cpu usage.

if i open stylus when the cpu usage is already around 55-60% it can overload my system from there. strange.

same here. I have the TI, RMX, Trilogy and Atmosphere and they are all working fine together.

I didnt said that rmx is cpu intensive. It eats though a lot of ram . most of the rmx bugs were ironed during the first two months of its release. I pray the same for the TI...

Is a buggy TI better than a no-TI???
