Sysex while VC open?
 

getting closer to getting this resolved. I just realized that if I have the VC plugin open, no sysex data is transferred out the midi out port. As soon as I close the VC, I can send sysex no problem (by selecting the virus TI synth port for midi in, in cubase). Anyone else able to confirm this or are you guys able to do a sysex dump via midi cable while the VC plugin is open?

ok, just heard back from Access and unfortunately you can do a sysex dump while the VC is open. It stinks for my scenario, but at least I now know and can move on to the next solution.
