Sound Bank info from Access
just thought I would post this as an fyi, just in case it may be of any help to someone. This was a response from access to a question I had emailed them a few weeks ago when I was having a lot of issues recalling tweaked sounds in cubase (this has since been largely corrected with the 1.07 release) In their response, they explained some of the bank structures and where I could temporarily store the sounds -
> Thank you for your mail. I don't know if this workaround would do it > for you, but the RAM Bank B for instance is just a copy of the ROM > Bank B, so storing your sounds there (via the small "save" button > next to the PART number in the TI Control) could do the trick for > you and you wouldn't loose any patches at all in the TI itself. RAM > Bank B is identical to ROM B, the same goes for RAM A and ROM A from > about patch number 70 onwards. RAM A from patch 1 to patch 60 is > like a best of collection. |
Thanks for sharing this... I was wondering about this exact topic. I've been so busy diving into the TI that I haven't taken the time to figure out which RAM patches are where in the ROM.
