Recording with TI Control Question
how do i do following . i recorded say a track in Cubase only after that i want to start twicking filters etc and record all this action on the same track ?
thx :D |
Firstly, not all parameters are immediately available for automation in Cubase. Some of the most standard ones are, e.g. Cutoff and Resonance for Filter 1, but you might want to check first by right-clicking on the parameter in Virus Control. If it is available, there will be an option to remove the parameter from the automation list, if not there will be an option to add it.
Next, click on the 'W' at the top of the Virus Control panel. this enables Write Automation. Record and tweak. Once recorded, you need to click 'R' to enable Read Automation. There should be a track listed called Virus TI. Right-click on it and choose Show Used Automation For All Tracks. Hopefully that should get you started. Incidentally - I find it best to start with the '16 track MIDI sequencer' project template when using the TI. It is extremely easy to set it up from this. |
i noticed ti parameters but they are available in the first midi track to which i asigned ti , further opened tracks 2 , 3 etc with naturaly yi asigned to them parameters dont't show up . i might be missing something iguess
