I have a total of about 10 hours programming synths and I would like to recreate a sound....

About 4:14 into Michael Jacksons Thriller he lets out a trademark *pulls nutz* "Yeaow". The very next synth sound you hears is this gritty, throaty lead droning the same note through the Vincent Price monologue. I'd love to be able to use that sound but I have no idea where to start..
