Shame on the Minority

Shame on the minority of Ti users on this forum who just write Threads without thinking about what there writing beforehand? You people are basically just fucking it up for the rest of us and yourselves? We all want a stable running OS for our Ti?s with all the VC features,do you really think that the people at Access don?t give a Fuck or what???after all, Access pay there wages and they have families at home with mouths to feed?.But when these people/Access who help us in there free time with OUR Ti problems just get slagged off all the time it?s no wonder they don?t logg-on anymore if all they/Access get is abuse from the minority of people here, and if you think they haven?t been checking the crap some of you are writing lately then your wrong!!!!
It?s the very first time that a synth has Total integration,so with all the possibilities that can be with different PC/Mac setups it?s normal that problems will arise. As I said the Sale of Virus Synths pays there wages. They are working to get a stable 1.1 OS and most of us here would like it to be stable even if it does take a little longer, there are a lot of issues to sort out to keep us ALL happy.
So do us all a favour and Button it.
And another thing??. Ti2, Yeah whatever !!! 8O

Right,
Access is a business.
We are the PAYING customers.
We, the customers, have been misled regarding the shipping of OS1.1.
We deserve an explanation, and at least a revised ETA.
They are not selling 20Euro MP3 players, some of us have spent several thousands.
We all have families and responsibilities.
I try not to shirk mine.
If they were making these products in a socialist Kibbutz, then I would have a different opinion.
However, they are a profit-making organisation in a capitalist country.

I want my monies worth or a revised(truthful) ETA.
Nothing less will suffice.

Correct, but if you go into a shop as a customer and start gobbing off, like some people here have been doing then you would get shown the door....

No explanation has been given probably because the reason is very obvious; the OS is not ready yet. They thought it would be, but new issues came up that were unforeseen and it's taking time resolving them. Sometimes to fix a problem, you need to change code and that in turn can create unexpected problems elsewhere. If they make these changes and the beta team says "wait, this is not working right now", why would they release it?

As for giving a new ETA, no way. Like I said, sometimes things come up in testing that are unexpected, and I think Access doesn't want another round of complaining if they don't meet an ETA due to this.

If the TI is your first Access product, then perhaps I can understand being worried by this delay. But a great many of us are long time Virus users who KNOW what an excellent and customer driven company Access is. They truly care about their customers, and if you look back at the number of updates for the previous Virii, I think you'll see this too.

Trust me, Access is not sitting back taking their sweet time on this at the expense of their customers. They are more than well aware that people are unhappy, and are expecting great things from 1.1. That's why they are doing everything in their power to make sure this release is stable, and fixes as many bugs as possible. As has been posted here earlier, Access is working 7 day weeks non-stop trying to get this done as soon as possible.

I realize that this is hard to accept when your expensive new synth is sitting there not working for you. Really, I do sympathize. But if you think that Access is going to leave you all hanging out to dry, or is not busting their asses to get this done CORRECTLY, as soon as possible, then you are dead wrong. Please, just take a deep breath and try having just a little bit more patience. They are one of the few music companies that truly care about their customers, and really want to get things fixed asap.[/b]
