I sent a email to customer service and haven't had a response back yet - not even a automated "were looking into it". Whats the average time for them to come back to you on queries?

pretty quick, within 24Hrs normally.
Pleasant too, but trying to get concrete information out them is like trying to hammer jelly to a cat.

They answered all my mails swiftly until I asked for the contact to their service, because I suspected it was TI which burnt my amplifier.

The contact broke.
