Changing program
Has anyone understand how the button combination works for the "VALUE"-knobs ( + and -) if You wan't to jump from program 127 to 0. :?: ( ..and from 0 to 127)
When the current program is 127, and I clicking the "+" and so "-" result sometimes a progam change from 127 to 0, but it also goes to program 64, or it only counting down thru all the programs. I wan't full control over this, but I can't find it out, because it get different results. ....hmm where's the usermanual :?: 8) Nothing about this "advanced program change" in the manual, but I found the funny "SHIFT" + "STORE" combination , randomizing patch :? , so that's the way to make cool patches :P (and another thing, the "ROM-Q 114 ThickSawJL " is sounding goooooOOOOOOOoood!! :!: ) Solution for changing program from 0 to 127 : 2 fast clicks (10mS each): one short click on "VALUE +" followed with a short "VALUE -" , now it work nearly every time ( some 64) |
If you're at 127 and want to get to 0, press "-", hold it, then press "+", let go of "-" first. It's sort of a rolling motion once you get the hang of it.
Opposite for going from 0 to 127. The PDF version of the user manual is included with every TI OS installer BTW. |

For fast patch changes try holding the red shift button (next to transpose) and the value 3 knob (program). Also shift + Value 2 knob (bank) and shift + Value 1 (category). The small red text is difficult to see - should be in yellow IMO. |
