Na I don't think he won mate. At least it doesn't show him winning there anyway. With that show they have everybody who participated at the end, then they announce the winners. It's a weird one alright.

EDIT: What's weird is that it looks like it has Chinese subtitles! No wonder they hate the Japanese. :D
