Aye, it's Sambucca and you're supposed to drink it while it burns! My friend did a similar thing but he missed his face and most of Sambucca hit the table and floor. Great memories but really bad hangovers the next day.

The Germans let it burn for about a half a minute then put a beer mat over the glass to put it out and then they drink it...Its deadly
