A TRUE live set, need to be played by a computer together with us playing? Or I can bring computer only to play audio recorded tracks of some sounds and the rests I play by myself? Whatever, I can see that have a lot of ways to play it...but...if you can help me...sugestions will be very good accepted... Thanks! |
IMO I'd hate to rely on a computer for doing live gigs... What a headache if the computer goes down!!!!!!
Is there some other device, like standalone recorder/sequencer that could do the job? This way you could have all parts playing, an just mute the ones which you want to play live. Thats probably what I would do anyway |
dseabra, one thing I would highly recommend you take a look at for playing electronic music live, is to use Ableton Live. I really like Cubase sx, but for live "in the moment" producing/remixing/sound mangling, Ableton gives you a lot of flexibility.
