How do you rename a hyperlink?
 

I'd like to send my sister links to some pictures, but the URL of each picture is massive and not very descriptive. E.g.

http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0UgDrA...88176803133212


Is it possible to change all that to read "My little pussy" instead?
