Where's the nicest place you've ever spent a holiday?
 

Seeing as it's very miserable weather here..

I think the most lovely place I've ever been was the Greek Islands in May.

Ibiza for me. Not for the drunken lads holiday shit, but for the quiet chilled out areas with people and cultures from all over the world in one place enjoying the same thing. Really is an amazingly cool place if you avoid the 18-30s bollocks.

Cozumel, Mexico for my honeymoon with Mrs. Hall.

Fantastic time in 1999!

Margaritas, scuba diving, gourmet food at the resort, cool folks to chat with on the island, a moped rental, Mayan ruins, and of course some shopping.

Austin, Texas is the first place that springs to mind.

Mopeds. Alex. Fucking mopeds?

Texas. Now that is fucking ace. My dream one day is to get a big car and drive through the Panhandle to Roy Orbison's and Buddy Holly's graves and then ON TO LAS VEGAS.

I wouldn't mind digging up a few graves myself. Imagine the cash you'd get on ebay per tooth!

Anyway....

Figueras in Spain was memorable for me. The Salvador Dali museum was a classic and some of the people I met were great.

Figueras. Yes. I've been there.
Too many fucking hippies.
Great local caffs and friendly locals if you speak some Spanish.

I've traveled Texas fairly extensively, cities to include:

1. San Antonio (Awseome!)
2. Austin (Fuckin' Ace! <to quote Matsa>)
3. Dallas (Oh yeah!)
4. Fort Worth (Yee-Haw! It's a rodeo!)
5. Laredo (Pharmacia!)

Still need to hit Houston, Padre Island and Corpus Christi, I've seen none of the coastal side of Texas.

I went to Vegas too, with my friend Jack. It was an Eeeeevil trip! :twisted:
