from within cunbase sync parts/arps to tempo

How do i set up the sync in cubase so that everytime I browse a patch it syncs to sequencer tempo? can I do it through USB???

It should automatically sync via USB.

Via MIDI you need to turn the MIDI clock on and send it out the MIDI port your Virus is connected to - see your Cubase manual for where to find this.
