Hey, thanks for these Onkel! :)
I am DL ing them as I type and I will be trying them this arvo as I have some free time at last! Thanks again mate. |
Thanks!
Although not quite what i was expecting. i though they would be sawtooth samples but they are sines instead But Im sure i'll find a use for them :) |
What are they, exactly?
|
They are not sine waves (well not pure sine waves at least). They er samples from a saw and the little noise in the start of the samples are the bow striking the saw. Here´s my ultra hyper super duper saw the samples came from:

I made a few patches on the V-Synth with these already and they turned out quite interesting. Once I make a few more I will record the results and post them for ya Onkel.

Looking forward to it :D

ahaha a real saw
no wonder that sound had me confused :p |
OK I've made a few patches, but as time was short I recorded the first two and put them on my soundclick site. I just used the single B3 sample you had for both the patches you hear. Very fun stuff! thanks Onkel.
Also I made some patches using Guzzy's Little Fatty samples and they are included in the same file on my soundclick site. |
That´s amazing!!! Makes me want a V-synth even more :D Is it possible that you can record some samples for sampling purposes?
If you want more samples to play with i can record my Hohner melodica, my washing board (don´t know if this is the right word in english), my jew harps, my kazoo or some of my other wierd instruments as well... |
