Thunderbird and Gmail, anyone using?

For some reason Thunderbird refuses to save my sent emails in the Sent folder any more.
Has always worked fine but suddenly it's stopped. Is there some kind of folder limit?
Can't find any settings that might change anything.

Any suggestions please mates?
