For every amazing shoot I go out on, there are at least 10 boring, painful, exhausting shoots in between, dealing with boring fuckwits too...

Jase. Please tell more about what the fuck you were doing visiting these locations. Not a surf park particularly, rather NASA, SF, air force bases, etc.

What was the reason for those visits and were you able to ask all the questions you wanted (and what were the questions). Was the premiss clear to your interviewees?

At NASA we were doing a shoot about the worlds largest Vertical Motion Simulator, which is basically a sim of a space shuttle landing.

We talked to a couple of astronauts, did some filming of our host in the VMS, and did some shots of the structure and how it worked.

The name of the show is "Cool Stuff: How it works" which will be airing on Discovery Channel sometime mid-late this year. We have done 4 episodes, and depending on the ratings, hopefully we'll get to do some more...
