Virus Control Help

When using virus control in cubase my virus sometimes pitch shifts my song, I have to reboot my virus and that often fixes the issue.

This is something that could fuck you live so...

Why is this happening?
&
Does anyone know how to fix this or get around it

Thanks,
Dan

My configuration is:

Roland Fantom Master

Cubase is slave to Fantom X

Virus is slave to Cubase

Routing:
.........----------->....... ---------->
|Master |........... |Slave |.......... |Slave|
|...... |-midi cable-|..... |-USB Cable-|.... |
|Fantom |........... |Cubase|.......... |Virus|

Thanks Guys,

I personally wouldn't use VC live. Maybe only on a super stable mac.

Good 'ol fashion midi would probably be less troublesome.

uodate to 2.03 then give it a try, it sounds like one of 2 things, either the audio clock is not syncing properly, try having the hardware and software set to the same either 44 or 48. Or it's losing midi clock.

If you update then that might help, but I don't have experience of your set up.
