Midi Soft Thru !!
 

Hi everyone .

I am an Virus b , desktop version , 4.9.0 os S . owner . it runs thru a midisport 8/8 s , Cubase SX 3 ,3.1.1.94 release . The problem is that i can not record any controller via virus panel into sequencer . All the settings are ok . The lo page is set on 'controller ' and the hi page on sysex , as default . The controller is set on " Int + Midi " . Both the midicables IN and OUT are ok . The receiving is ok regarding the fact that if i am manually drawing one event in the cubase editor controller lane . The problem appears when i try to record via virus knobs . The virus midi activity it shows that is receiving the messages though. I've wrote lots of e-mails to acces support and they told me that there is one function " midi soft thru ' which usually caused that kind of problems and is better to deactivate it . According to the OS 4.9.0 addendum this function is an virus KB and indiggo ONLY . Not the desktop . I know that there is one option to deactivate that via sysex . Did anyone know that procedure in some easy steps ? Sorry for long post . Hope that you help me solve that issue . Regards .
