Defect keyboard on KC
 

The keyboard on my KC stops to work once in a while. I have to reboot it several times before I can see Virus KC on the LED display otherwise is says Virus C. I've updated the OS and I reset it but it won't do the trick. Anyone knows if it's a physical or an OS problem?
