Some latency probs here, please help
 

Hey whats up everyone...Im using my Virus TI keyboard in FL Studio 7.0.2, however I'm having some latency issues. When i press a key on the TI it takes about a second for the sound to come up. So I changed my ASIO driver (from ASIO4ALL) to the Virus USB Asio Driver and my buffer length there is 256 samples (5ms). However...now no sound comes out at all...Under MIDI options I have put VIRUS TI MIDI at port 0 and VIRUS TI SYNTH at port 1...but back to the ASIO...my clock source is hardware..and i believe it should be external, but theres no option to do that!!! Can anybody please help me? This latency thing is causing my arps to jump crazily as well..please help..
