Delay and reverb on my KC arent working
 

Hey guys, i just got my kc with os 6.5 in the mail and when i toggle edit the delay and reverb effects, absolutely nothing happens. Is there something im missing here? i press the edit button then select delay and toggle all the parameters and still nothing happens. The other effects, phaser chorus and distortion work perfectly fine. Is there a step im missing here? the manual doesnt say much about it. thanks

Sounds like you may have them switched off globally.

how do i re enable them globally? i cant find where it says it in the manual.
