Wont work
 

Hey guys just joined today, my name is kevin...

I just started the process of loading the software cd, and when it got to the part where i connect the virus for first time and it was installing drivers, my laptop crashed into blue screen....

When it recovered, and i went to load cd again, it dosnt recognise the cd and refuses to load......

Ive restarted computer and nothing........

Why is this happening, and has it happened to any1 else

so at the moment, are you saying that your computer isn't recognizing the cd drive or just that it can no longer read the access virus cd?

another option is to download the latest package from access's website. It's probably more updated than what you have on the cd.
