Random Blank Screen on KB
 

Every so often, my VKB will go silent, the screen will turn off, but the LED's will stay on. The only way to get it back to life is to turn it off and back on again. I don't think it's a power supply problem because the LED's stay on. It's as though the synth gets zapped and shuts down everything but the LED's.

The only thing I've also noticed is that I've been getting clicks and pops in my audio set up for a while and thought that there may be a static electricity problem in my room, but have not been able to locate it or get rid of it. The clicks and pops are random and not associated with recording pre se, but with using my MOTU 2408 MKii and PCIe 424 card. In any event, I am not sure whether these clicks and pops are related to the VKB going blank as it does.

Any thoughts?

PS: I have the latest OS on there. It's been on there for quite some time before the random blank screen symptom first reared its ugly head.
