2.7 new banks
 

are the new banks and patches in 2.7 beta 3? do 3 ubs outs work? what about atomizer? any improvements in latency? is it worth installing?

There are no new banks, many people are having problems with this update, make sure u have the original OS just in case, my PC crashed several times and pro tools is giving out an error message, so i re installed from CD, just a little heads up...

I am having no issues on pc & Live 7.05 with 2.7.

I'm also having issues (MacPro, 10.4, Pro Tools 7.4, digi002, Polar). Atomizer works fine, but the rest of it seems a little unstable yet. Among other things I experience that when I load up a shiny new VC, the default patch or any loaded patch is locked in some mono-mode of sorts.. (Didn't seem to be that a couple of days ago though, so kinda strange). Also, if my virus happens to be switched off when I load a session which has an instance of VC, Pro Tools just quit without saying anything while loading the session.

I'm considering downgrading, but at the same time I'd like to find and report whatever problems I see..

I'd say if you don't need Atomizer specifically, and don't need the 3rd USB output, you could do with waiting a bit more. The new banks are empty as said above here, so nothing there yet. The bank manager is not there yet either.
