Recording filter movements
 

When recording in Cubase I'm unable to record any changes I make to the filter while playing a sequence.
I'm using the Virus as a VSTi.

This works fine on other synths: start recording, and the MIDI filter changes are recorded to the track itself or another blank track.

If I was unclear; I want to record the filter by turning the cutoff/resonance, and then have the Virus play it back like that.

Anyone else had this problem and solved it?

with virus control you do record the automation lanes, not MIDI. It is a plugin.
you CAN create MIDI lanes with the remote mode feature.
