Virus B Patches Compatible with ti Range?

Hi, I have a ti snow. My friend has a virus b and there's a very cool patch I would like to use on my TI called Max Wave, it's D87 on his. I downloaded the virus b patch banks from the access website but when I drop the midi files into the patch folder they are not being picked up by the control software. This is not the case when I download designated ti soundsets. Is there a compatibility issue with the ti and old virus b sound banks and if there is can I get virus b patches optimised for ti anywhere else?

Legacy Virus b OS4 factory soundset

http://www.accessmusic.de/downloads....t=virusb#cat17

The download is a zip file with the banks a to d as midi files.

thanks, the only thing i can think of is that this file is a SMF1 instead of an SMF0 (which virus control can read)... it's a long while ago ... we'll check the file. you can convert it into an SMF0 by re-exporting it w/ your sequencer application.

best, marc
