OS3 Install Hangs with Polar
 

I've tried twice to install OS 3.

The installer hangs at "Talking to the attached Viruses / Inquiring information from all devices found." The status bar has been sitting at 88% for about 30 minutes.

My Polar is in USB Update Mode but there is no status bar, it just sits there.

Nothing seems to be happening.

Anyone else seen this?

Thanks, yes, I tried that, but ultimately was able to do the firmware update after I switched USB ports on my iMac.

Ghost in the machine, I guess.
