Updating Virus Ti new O.S 3 = dead
 

Hi guys, I hope you guys can help me.
I was updating my Virus Ti and follow the instructions on the installer.
It asked me to install with virus turned on and ask me to restart.
I did and the virus keep updating but it freezes but updating, maybe the firmware, so I turn it off, now it doesn't come back in, no lights nothing....it's dead...
Please help.

Pray to your god and send Access support an email. You should be able to see lights on power up no matter what. Did you try getting into OS update mode on the TI, it's a key combination... Use the search to find it.

I did search but I couldn't find anything related to that, I didn't press any keys to update just followed the instructions on the updater but when the coputer restarted the virus stayed on on froze the update of the firmware so I disconnect from power.
Now it doesn't want to turn it on or any lights are blinking at all, kill me.

I sympathize. My TI's in the shop after not being able to upgrade or downgrade since 2.7.5. :(

If the board is bad, I'm selling it.

Try holding 'EXIT' on your Virus and pluggin the power supply back in.

If that doesn't work, just contact Access.

I am updating now again...if the software asks to restart the computer and the firmware is not done yet, just wait, right?
