Question about Atomizer/Logic & audio input

I currently run audio in from my radio to the TI's audio inputs using hardware cables.

I'm interested in running audio from YouTube (or other saved audio files) into Atomizer...is there a way to do this WITHOUT using cables? In other words, is there a way to route my Mac's audio in software?
