OS 3.0.1 - 3rd USB Output not really working...
Since I have installed the OS 3.0.1 update, my third USB output doesn't really seem to be working correctly. Every time I instantiate Virus|Control or load up a session using Virus|Control, I get a message saying that the third output is not available and needs to be set in the Utility menu. When I enable the third output, save my session and re-open it, Virus|Control is defaulted to 2 USB outs.
I don't know if this is related to the above issue, but when I am in Virus|Control... the Virus Control Version says 3.0.1.014 Demosong EX. It never said anything like this in OS 2.5, 2.7, or 3.0. |

Same problem here.
After loading a existing project where the 3rd USB output is used, the 3rd USB-output is grey again and I have to open it again in the patch/utility page, but it isn't saved. This porblem did not exist in OS3.0 Runing TI Desktop on PC XP sp3 on Cubase SX3 |
Same problem here using windows XP and Cubase 5.

My OS is Win XP Home SP3 and the problem I described happens in Cubase 4, Live 7, and Pro Tools 8. |
Same problem.. And a very irritating one. Have to revert to 3.0 now.. :(
Cubase SX3, winxp sp3.. |
Having the same issue 3+4 USB not showing and ''vst incompatible with host' error flagging up. Using XP Pro 32bit SP3/Cubase 5.
I will say that the 3+4 outs do show up and will assign in the outputs assignment of the individual channels (ie 1- 16). I am also intermittently receiving red writing at the bottom of VC saying out of sync please restart. Many thanks using the 3.01.04 update downloading the new one..if all okay wont hear from me ;) |
Error : "inputs are not compatible with vst host" 3.0.1
All 3 outputs are now fine but had to reinstall whole system...however..now saying that inputs are not compatible with vst host
Cubase 5 XP Pro SP3 Intel I7 |
And as expected, the 3rd USB output works just fine after rolling back to OS 3.0. Hope this gets ironed out soon!
