My wish: Get the skin V3 for the 2.75
Hi, Access team
I try some bêta of you new OS V3 but by waiting to get a stable version, I'd like to have a new 2.75 with the skin of the V3  Is it possible??? :D (Yes i know I dream) |
As clean as the Ver. 3.0 VC looks I actually made a suggested to one of the guys at the Access booth at NAMM 2009 to make the Ver. 2 skin optional for Ver. 3. The dark/red background is easier on the eyes in a dark studio. That's my opinion.

I totally agree with civan. It would be ideal to be able to choose between the two skins. I can see how the new one could be better live, but for studio use I also would rather have the black and red skin. Im on a glossy Macbook Pro whose display looks amazing in a dark studio.

Or how about a preferences or file based method of letting us choose our own color scheme, such as Ableton Live's approach.
What if the plugin read html color codes from a properly formatted text file placed in the right spot (plugin or application support folder). Then we could even pass color files back and forth just as easy as sound files. I'm mostly pleased with the new 3.0 skin, but civan has a great point. Many of us move from various environments, and some visual flexibility would be nice. I'm no app/plugin programmer, but I know that this is quite easy to do with a webpage and css file... perhaps there is a similar approach available to the plugin? |
Custimizable skins? I want a custimizable virus with different coloured knobs, maybe a snow or polar colored Desktop version or a Black version of the TI ploar.

PS Lovely bedrock-melting Plasmatron, Shortbus! |
Does anyone have a screen shot of the new 3.0 skin?
I haven't made the jump yet. I just came off of a Blofeld and had my fill of bugs. So I'm holding off on 3.0 'till it's out of Beta. Just wondering what the skin looks like. As previously mentioned the Red/Black of the 2.75 is really easy to work with in a darkend studio. Thanks, Mark |
