Virus C no sound output after OS upgrade
 

I just upgraded my Virus c to os 6.5 (it took more than a dozen tries, I kept getting "Block Missed" errors), but now get no sound from the unit . All appears okay on the display. I have tried to install the pervious os and re-install the new os, but "missed block messages" have prevented this. I have tried using 2 different computers and 6 different programs. I think this unit needs repair. I have contacted Access Music support twice in the last 2 months, and got zero response. Any one know of a repair center for these ?
