TI Desktop - mono output

I can't find the answer to this seemingly simple question anywhere... For live performance I want to output mono. With many synths you can use the left channel output and the stereo effects will be collapsed into a mono signal. With the Virus I only get the left signal when I do this. Is there a simple way (i.e. not reprogramming all my sounds or using an external mixer) to do this?

What about the headphone out?

I'm pretty sure it wont....the idea is having either an external mixer doing the effects cause the signal doesn't go out in stereo so it cant do stereo effects on a mono channel. But an external effects process receiving a mono signal can by switching the mono to stereo out signal which sounds mono still but still has a stereo output!

you can set the global surround out to "OUT 2 L" and raise the surround level, this way you have always a mono output at OUT 2 L whatever is in the patch in the first place (even in single mode)

There doesn't seem to be a global surround setting. Should it be in the config menu? I see that you can do this for each patch though, so I might have to just do it that way. Thanks.
