How to export a single sound?
 

Hi Gang-- i want to export a single sound (and post it to this forum) but i cant figure it out. I can only figure out how to export a whole bank.

anyone figure this out?

Are you taking about MIDI Single Dump?
If so, yes you can. When you get to the "Dump" page, you can scroll to Single, Multi, Bank, etc.

No, a MIDI dump isnt really what im looking for here. Because of the way Sonar saves MIDI files, it wouldnt work.

Id like to take a sound ive made and export it. That way i can post it to this board with a new post.

Seems like such a simple thing to do with the GUI, and i cant figure it out!

Make a new bank.....paste just the single sound in it.....then thats the only file in it! Post enjoy!
