Virus ti rack midi'ed to little phatty= mod wheel not working

I hooked my phatty up to the virus as a temporary controller yet i cant figure out why the mod wheel is not working. about to pull out some hair here. help me please thanks

EDIT: its the phatty thats not responding. sorry.
