Virus TI stuck in update mode following 3.1
 

Hi all,

Have attempted an upgrade of my TI2 Kbd to version 3.1.00 after finally having enough of the sneezing issue and the virus OS update doesn't seem to finish its OS update.

The installer gets to the finish stage, but the Virus is still in OS update mode, and once I click finish the Virus simply stays hung in that state.

I opened Virus Control Center and the version indicated is correct, and the keyboard does seem to communicate, but it wont come out of update mode at all!!

I am attempting to downgrade back to version 3.0.3 as I still have the installer for that but I am worried now that the virus is bricked.

Any suggestions, or anyone with the same issue that fixed it?

Not to worry...sorted it out.

Opened Virus Control and re-ran the OS Updater from within there, once complete it said ok to reboot the Virus and up it came!!

Strange though as I have never had an issue with the installer before, but never mind!

No Sneezing either!! Hooray!!!

you probably mean Virus Control Center - glad that things are working for you now
