automatic cutoff while playing notes?
hi all guys
i am not an espert so i need your help...I don't know how to make an envelope on the cutoff that works alone while i am playing the keyboard. What i would like to do is a low pass filter that closes and opens periodacally in automatic while playing some notes (without turn left and right the cutoff knob i mean). What type of settings i have to do on filter cutoff amp etc?? thanks for any help :D |
Set up the Filter envelope to sound around how you like it. Assign LFO 1 to the Filters and tune to your liking in terms of LFO waveform, rate etc. Play some notes and fine tune.

If you want to have more control over the cutoff by how you actually play the notes, it sounds to me like you will be much better off using the Velocity to controll the filter cutoff, either through the matrix, or quick routing in the velocity settings.
That way you can control the amount of cutoff by how hard you press on a key, which has a different effect than using an LFO to modulate the cutoff. |
hi thank you very much for the answers :)

Use the mod matrix to assign the lfo to the filter.
Read the manual as well! Its all in there. |
