Do you use a DAW ie Cubase/Logic or have a wave editor - these will do it.
Alternatively burn to cd or ISO image and extract using windows media player.
Try foosbar2000 player (free) pretty sure this rips as well.

All depends if yo are PC or Mac?! :)

Not free but I use Easy CD-DA Extractor.
has 'right click' integration in Windows XP.
Right click wave file(s) 'convert with Easy CD-DA Extractor'
Too easy.

I've found the free converter from www.nch.com.au/switch/ easy and effective. ;)
