Virus C Effects Send Automation
 

I have a Virus Classic, basically the C. I have assigned SoftKnob1 to Effects Send Amt. Groovy. I want to record the knob movements into Cubase as a cc. When recording it is seeing cc22 (what I assigned), but it's not sending cc back out to the virus... or if it is the virus isn't receiving cc22 as an effects send.

Any advice? I've looked all over the manual to no avail.
