My virus kc broken..HELP !!
 

hi guys ive had problems with the midi in on my KC there was also no sound
coming out via the sequencer on playback. I contacted access they advised poss dodgy Midi connection or error in cubase.

however checked them all and still no joy.

seen on another forum about the factory reset so did that and it now works perfect all and ok.

Today i had a bit of a shift round in the studio..then my virus was giving no sound at all even checked the headphones nothing..

checked all the connections all ok ....so in a desperate attempt did another factory reset..then sound came on ...

so thought i better check my midi in and if it was still working and it wasn't ...so did another factorty reset....and guess what it now works all perfect...

im thinking theres a loose connection or there the is a problem with the O.S. 6.5.

cause if it was a loose connection surely the reset wouldn't help..

any help or advice im struggling?
