Virus Ti Rack, U Rack space?
 

Hello all,
I have been thinking of a studio redesign and I was going to buy a Ti Key or Polar but have been thinking today that I may very well be able to nicely fit a rack mount into my existing set up. The only problemis that I have only a 4U rack space left.
Has anybody got one rackmounted?
Will the Ti (with the connectors spun round) fit into this space?

Yes. It will fit if you rotate the jacks on the back. It's a 4U module.

Anyone got any photos/diagrams or useful links showing whats involved and how this is done please.

The TI2 kit I received is technically 4U however you really need 5u of free space. When racked there is 1/2u free space on the top and bottom of the rack . The top holes line up with the bottom holes of the first unit space and the bottom holes line up with the top holes of the 5th unit space.

I can't speak to the TI kit however.

I made a nice slide out TI desktop that only uses 2U
