Cubase hitlist?

Hi,

Is there a hitlist of things to try? Because if there is I haven't found it!

I'm running a ti desktop (2.75) in cubase 5 through a motu 2408mkII via a usb cable in a port in the rear of the computer (xp sp2)

I'm getting sync errors with only a single arpeggio on one channel.

Is there anything in my configuration that might be causing the problem? (except the version number, I'll be try os4 tomorrow)

Or any known issues that have been sorted out since then?

My TI has been gathering dust for years because it simply didn't work for my previously unsupported host (not for me anyway) and I've now bitten the bullet and gone to cubase so I'm trying to get it back in action.

Thanks

I use C5 and an access ti polar...

I was having sync loss when I was scrolling through patches but since I upgraded to os4 I haven't had any issues

good luck

thanks fstz,

I upgraded to 4.0.015 (or 18 whatever the latest one is) and I'm not getting the red sync lost message. I still doesn't sound 100% in time to my ears though.

I'm going to go search on how to get the multiple outs working in cubase, if anyone would be kind enough to tell me in the meantime that would be great.

Huh? The multiple outs work the same no matter what DAW you use, because they're set by the Virus Control VST. All you need to do is create extra MIDI tracks in Cubase and assign the same MIDI channels as those used by the TI.

apparently there's a symbol you need to click on in the vst instruments panels. Haven't had chance to check yet as I haven't been down the studio this weekend
