Automation Problem
 

Hi,

What I want to do is assign the pitch of osc1 to the amp envelope but have it adjustable (automatable) I've done this is the mod matrix but cannot right click the amount slider to allow automation, nor is it in the list in cubase.

What have I missed or how would you do it?

yup..it seems that u cannot automate the slot amount faders directly....but u can go to the next slot and link it to a controller or an lfo...and then automate it...

slot 1 - source amp envelope - dest Osc 1 pitch
slot 2 - source LFO 1 or controller 12 for example - dest slot 1 amount
and then go to common page and assign soft knob 1 to controller 12..


i think this should work...its a bit roundabout though
